--- Character Cards
---
Note on character cards:
Most of these cards are obtainable from the card shop
in Meribia on Black Rose Street, but many of the cards
from that shop are only obtainable in the epilouge of
the game. A few other cards in this section are obtainable
from card traders throughout Lunar, and the final two
are in treasure chests.
--- Dragon Cards ---
Note on Dragon Cards:
Nall's card is very easy to find as it's just locked away
in a chest in the Goddess Tower, however, the other four
cards are a bit trickier. You'll want to talk tot he leprachaun
looking guy in Saith (he's kinda on the main path through
town). He'll tell you about the Old Hag's house. Just
talk to him when you come back to Caldor Isle with Ghaleon
and it'll open it up. Just go back after visiting each
Dragon (or after Quark is captured in his case).
- No.
55 Nall - Goddess Tower (in a chest)
- No.
56 Quark - Get it from the Old Hags on Caldor Isle.
Only obtainable after Quark is captured by Ghaleon,
and before the Red Dragon Cave.
- No.
57 Amelia - Get it from the Old Hags on Caldor Isle.
It is only obtainable after the Red Dragon Cave and
before the Blue Dragon Cave.
- No.
58 Cyan - Get it from the Old Hags on Caldor Isle.
It is only obtainable after the Blue Dragon Cave and
before the Black Dragon Fortress.
- No.
59 Rubeus - Get it from the Old Hags on Caldor Isle.
It is only obtainable after the Black Dragon Fortress.
--- Enemy Cards ---
Note on Enemy Cards:
If you want to ensure you get all these cards in one playthrough,
you need to watch out for certain dungeons that you can
only go through at specific points in the games. Places
like the Hispaniola, Ancient Vane, the Cyrstal Tower Meribia
during the Vile Tribe Attack, Iluk Field, the Dragon Caves
and Fortresses, Lyton Cave, any place on the Frontier,
the Grindery and the City of Althena/Goddess Tower you
can only go through once. So make sure you get all of
the cards from those locations when you go through them,
otherwise you'll have to play the game again to obtain
them. There are two items that will help you obtain cards
easier. The 'Card Hunter' item is in a red chest in the
Old Hag's House. It causes enemies to drop cards more
frequently. The 'Card Hunter S' item from the Protector
Cave causes enemies to drop cards in every battle. However,
if there is more than one kind of enemy in the battle,
you will either get cards for more than one enemy, or
more likely, only the last enemy you kill. So if you're
fighting two kinds of enemies, and you already have a
card for one kind of enemy, make sure to kill that one
first, and leave the enemy you don't have a card for until
last. If you have the 'Card Hunter S' item equipped, this
will ensure you to get that specific enemy card.
---Boss Cards ---
Notes on Boss Cards:
These cards are fairly straightforward. Beat the boss
and you get the card. There are only two cards in this
list that you can possibly miss. One is Mel's card. You
can loose to him and the game continues in Meribia. If
you want his card, make sure to level up on the Hispaniola
or the Weird Woods before proceeding to Meribia. By beating
Mel you will gain his card. The second card that is possible
to miss is the Guardian card. The Guardian is the boss
at the bottom of the Protector Cave, which is an optional
dungeon. So if you want that card, make sure to play through
the Protector Cave and defeat the Guardian.
